We are thrilled to announce the launch of the J Leaders Academy’s fourth cohort! As we embark on this exciting venture, we invite you to join us in welcoming a group of 23 exceptional Jewish young adults who are poised to become the torchbearers of innovation, vision, and impactful leadership.
In this time of uncertainty and rapid change, the J Leaders Academy remains committed to cultivating and nurturing the next generation of leaders who will shape the future. Academy fellows come from many diverse backgrounds and traditions. Fellows are primarily based in Northern California, with representation from Southern California, Hawaii, and Texas. They work in a variety of industries — including healthcare, wellness, tech, and many others — across many functions and roles.
Throughout the J Leaders Academy 6-month program, these aspiring leaders will engage in a transformative journey of personal and professional development. They will participate in immersive learning experiences, collaborate with industry experts, and build a network of like-minded individuals who share a passion for positive change. Our commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering community ensures that each participant is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate the complexities of leadership in today’s global landscape.
