Why J Leaders?
A leadership program that grows your Jewish community is a great opportunity, and was enough for me to apply and join. But one that goes a step further and teaches you how to integrate your Jewish values and ethics into your leadership skills is nothing short of special.
BIO
Originally from the DC Area, Yale moved out to the Bay to work as a Hardware Design Engineer at Pure Storage. At night, however, you can find him playing trumpet with a variety of funk, soul, and jazz groups, or occasionally on the bimah at Beth Am in Los Altos Hills.
When not playing music or in a hardware lab, you can usually find Yale somewhere outside, or still searching for the best bagel west of the Mississippi.
Yale holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and was a fellow in the second J Leaders Academy cohort.
