Why J Leaders?
The Jewish people are a small percentage of the global community. While statistically negligible in numbers, the achievements of the Jewish people over the years, as individuals, a community and as a people were monumental. We have Jewish leaders, inventors, and innovators in all fields. Great leaders with great dreams and incredible achievements. But as generations pass, it seems that the glue that bound the jewish people together as a people is losing its grip and as we integrate in the communities in which we live, the trend to disengage and the opportunity to assimilate is greater than ever. Today, the need to reach out to our young adults, engage them and direct them towards a successful and meaningful life as part of the global jewish community is greater than ever. J Leaders with its leadership academy is a significant milestone in this important journey.
