BIO
Alex Bolotovsky began his career as a passionate Jewish communal leader, serving as Regional Director of BBYO Miami Region and Director of Institutional Advancement at Penn State Hillel. In these roles, Alex focused on financial resource development, program and curriculum design, and community building — always with an eye toward innovation and meaningful engagement.
For the past eight years, Alex has applied his talents in the startup world, leading accelerators and helping early-stage ventures grow and scale. Through this work, he developed deep expertise in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurial leadership — skills that will be critical as we launch J Leaders’ national growth.
Alex holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Kelley School of Business and a graduate certificate in Informal Jewish Education from Hebrew College. He is based in Philadelphia and will work remotely, with regular trips to the Bay Area to stay closely connected to our roots and our community.
