Why J Leaders?
I had the pleasure of presenting to the J leaders Academy these past two years on the topic of emotional intelligence. I’m so impressed with the quality of the talent, the diversity of the fellows, and the engagement they had on the topic. I know that these young adults are going to make a huge impact in their own organizations and the larger community. Arnnon Geshuri is responsible for developing organizational talent at scale for Teladoc Health. Aligning the company’s culture and long-term vision, he oversees all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits and compensation, workplace, and diversity equity and inclusion.
Mr. Geshuri previously served as chief people officer at Livongo Health until its merger with Teladoc Health. Prior to Livongo, he was vice president of Human Resources at Tesla, and during his tenure, oversaw the growth of Tesla from a 400-person startup to an integrated sustainable energy company with more than 35,000 employees around the globe. Before Tesla, Mr. Geshuri was the senior director of staffing operations for Google and designed the company’s legendary recruitment organization and talent acquisition strategy. He has also held leadership roles at E*TRADE Financial and Applied Materials.
Mr. Geshuri sits on several startup and academic advisory boards, including the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business Master of Science in Business Analytics program. Mr. Geshuri has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California at Irvine and a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from San José State University.
