I believe that this is an amazing initiative that brings synergy to two great passions of mine: Working toward the continued vitality of the Jewish community and helping others develop their best personal and professional selves, find their paths and become forces for good in the world.

BIO

Kyla Schneider, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, brings a diverse combination of skills and over 30 years of experience to the Ratliff & Taylor Leadership Development practice including adult education, educator training, board, professional and leadership development and coaching on both local and national levels. Her specific expertise is coaching individuals and teams, focusing on communication, empowering women, developing fluid teamwork and operations, and leading with vision, courage and gratitude.

Kyla’s career began in educational settings where she administered large schools and developed faculty. Most recently, Kyla has served as principle of Solel Coaching & Consulting, LLC, a private practice focused on executive, leadership and advancement coaching. She is also an adjunct faculty member of the Siegal Lifelong Learning Program at Case Western Reserve University. In addition to these responsibilities, she has been coaching internationally for Talent Alliance since 2015, and as a private Educational Coach for Managers and Directors in the private school sector.

Kyla has a deep passion and connection to civic engagement and the nonprofit world as evidenced by her numerous past and present leadership and volunteer roles. She is an advocate for women, education, and faith communities. Her recent leadership development engagements have included development and planning for the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland.

Professionally, Kyla brings energy and passion as she engages leaders in bringing their best selves forward with impact and courage. She is a dynamic and inspiring speaker as well as a highly skilled facilitator who has touched thousands through her individual coaching and large and small group work.

Kyla is married to Mitchell Schneider – they are the proud parents of Sari (Seth), Ramie, Sam and Keeva and are over-the-moon grandparents of Everly Lilah and Ellis Solomon.
