Why J Leaders?
I believe that strong, values-driven leadership is the foundation of powerful leadership and a thriving Jewish community. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to developing early-career professionals, fostering meaningful connections, and equipping the next generation with the skills and confidence to lead with impact. J Leaders bridges Jewish wisdom with modern leadership development, empowering young adults to step into their potential and build communities rooted in purpose and belonging.
When I first became a Jewish professional two and a half years ago, I was searching for a space to grow as a leader while deepening my connection to Jewish values. J Leaders Academy gave me that opportunity, equipping me with the skills, community, and confidence to step into my leadership with purpose. The experience helped refine my own professional development and the network I was building as a Jewish professional.
Now, I’m honored to give back and serve on the J Leaders Alumni Board, helping to create that same transformative experience for others. Leadership isn’t a solo journey—it’s about learning, growing, and building together. J Leaders empowers young Jewish adults to develop as ethical, skilled leaders who not only advance their own careers but also strengthen the Jewish community and the world around them. I’m excited to continue this journey and support the next generation of changemakers.
