Why J Leaders?
J Leaders teaches Jewish young professionals to be leaders who are guided by Jewish ethics and values. There is a growing need to equip the next generation with the skills to be a changemaker and strengthen the Jewish community. J Leaders fills this need by cultivating strong relationships between participants. There are plentiful cohort-based leadership programs, but J Leaders stands out because of the deep community and connections it creates.
