If you will it, it is no mere dream.

Why J Leaders?

As a long-time instructor of organizational behaviors, any opportunity to contribute to developing others on topics that bring the best out of them is an opportunity I embrace. And, when that opportunity capitalizes on my passion for cross-cultural issues in organizational psychology, and showcasing Jewish values, I am all the more excited to support it. I believe that to be a great leader with ‘kavana’ (i.e., intention from the heart) one must meet others where they are at. I am honored to be a part of the J Leaders board of advisors and to effectuate individual and community growth.
