Stuart Leudan is a retired attorney with over 45 years’ experience in business, real estate, technology and finance. He was President of a Boulder Colorado technology incubator and investment firm. He has taught business law at both undergraduate and graduate levels and has served as General Counsel of portfolios companies in diverse business sectors, including telecommunications, fiber optics, software development, manufacturing and real estate development.
He has worked throughout the United States and has dealt internationally in Asia, South and Central America and Europe. Currently, Stuart mentors new businesses, and volunteers his time at Rocky Mountain Microfinance Institute and Energize Colorado. He has served on non-profit Boards including Hawaii Angels Jewish High-Tech Community of Silicon Valley. He has volunteered with BABSEACLE for the past four years and has served as a judge in the Regional Mock Trials in Chiang Mai Thailand.
