Life is grim, and we don’t have to be grim all the time.

Why J Leaders?

A leadership program that grows your Jewish community is a great opportunity, and was enough for me to apply and join. But one that goes a step further and teaches you how to integrate your Jewish values and ethics into your leadership skills is nothing short of special.

BIO

Originally from the DC Area, Yale moved out to the Bay after college, and first got involved with J Leaders. Determined to live in worse weather, he returned east and settled just outside Boston, where he now works as an Electrical Engineer at Applied Physical Sciences, doing research and development for various defense projects.

At night, however, you can find him playing trumpet with a variety of funk, soul, and jazz groups, or occasionally on the bimah at Temple Israel.

Yale holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and was a fellow in the second J Leaders Academy cohort.
