Glass Leadership Institute (GLI)

Website ADLCalifornia Anti-Defamation League (ADL)

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL)’s Glass Leadership Institute (GLI) is a yearlong leadership development program that empowers young professionals, ages 22-42, to fight hatred in their communities. This program stretches all over the country, and our regional cohort connects participants from Northern California, Utah, and Hawai’i. Virtual monthly sessions bring in a wide range of experts on addressing bias and hate, and participants are also invited to attend ADL’s National Leadership Summit in New York. GLI is a minimal time commitment, yet you can gain impressive lay leadership skills and knowledge in the process. It can also be a stepping stone to becoming a board member. Sessions meet via Zoom monthly on weekday evenings, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis every Fall. There is no cost to participate. Visit sanfrancisco.adl.org/gli for our region’s dates and details!
