Session 1 – April 14 – Managing Up

Session 2 – April 21 – Priorities, Workload & Execution
Learn to manage your workload without burning out. This session will help you set priorities that drive real results, juggle multiple demands and deadlines, and stay focused in fast-paced environments.
Session 3 – April 28 – From “Doer” to “Driver”
Make the mindset shift from execution to ownership. This session focuses on common mistakes new managers make, how to create impact through others, and how to set expectations and define your leadership role in ways that lead to success.
Session 4 – May 5 – Handling Real Management Challenges
Tackle the tough situations every manager faces. This session will help you make decisions under uncertainty and address performance and motivation challenges through realistic, case-based leadership simulations.
