Led by Revital Padovitz, a leadership coach and former product leader at Meta, Microsoft, and BCG. Revital works with founders and tech leaders on navigating complex decisions, team dynamics, and career growth. Revital’s work is shaped by her own non-linear career path across operating roles, investing, and community leadership, and a deep interest in how people navigate change over time.
